Dermalogica – Prescription treatments

All Dermalogica treatments are customised to your skin’s needs. Based on a unique analysis system and face or body mapping your fully trained therapist will design a personalised treatment tailored to your skin’s needs. Your facial treatment will based on your consultation and face Mapping – it may include: cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, masque application, concentrated booster application, conditioning, eye protection and the application of moisturiser and solar defence.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal Fillers can be used anywhere on the face for the correction of fine lines, in particular, naso-labial fold (the lines running either side of the nose towards the corners of the mouth), lip lines and lip volume. The broad range of dermal fillers for treatment of wrinkles, facial contouring, lip enhancement and skin rejuvenation, makes it possible to tailor treatments to each individual’s wishes. Priced on an individual basis from £220.

Chemical Peels

Chemical Peels have grown massively in popularity over the past two decades and can be very effective treatment to rejuvenate and tighten the skin, treat sun damage, reduce lines and wrinkles and deal with abnormal pigmentation problems. They are also a very powerful treatment for acne and can be very effective where more conventional treatments have failed to adequately control this condition.

Superficial peels are recommended for early signs of sun damage and for boosting collagen production. They also help to reduce fine lines, open pores. As well as reduce pigmentation and freckles. A course of superficial peels can be repeated once or twice a year to keep skin in good condition and to protect against skin aging.

Medium-depth TCA Peels go slightly deeper into the skin for a faster and more dramatic result. There is a bit more redness and significantly more peeling and clients would probably prefer to take a week to ten days from work or normal social activities as peeling is very noticeable and may cause social embarrassment.
